  I was in town for the round up and I decided to drop in at one of my favorite restaurants, but this store in perticular Sweetwater TX was filthy. For starters, There were roaches crawling behind the cashier where they prepare Cinnabon's, the customer service was the worst, the employees had vulgar language, the bathrooms had no toilet paper and it was trashed. The whole 45 minutes I was sitting there the tables in the lobby were not being cleaned. I had to wipe my own table and the trashes were overflowing. I will NOT be coming back.

  Food was OK. But a roach was crawling on the wall behind the cash register. Very unsettling.

  We usually live Schlotzky's, but we had a terrible experience here. My daughter ordered a turkey sandwich, and asked for mayo and mustard added. She received bread with turkey and ONLY mustard and mayo (they took everything else off). We also ordered baked soup and paid for it, but when they brought us our order it had no soup. Only after asking, they explained they didn't have that kind of soup. Why did we have to ask, when we had paid for it? Were they just found to let us walk out without soup that we paid for? It appeared so. Beyond that, the bread was soggy. Overall, not a great experience, especially for a place we've always favored.
